Cancellations are only allowed when done within a minimum of 24 hours before the activity start time.

Where can I find the pick-up points?

Whenever you make a reservation, you will indicate the pick-up point of your location and receive a voucher with the confirmation.

What should I do if the activity is cancelled due to bad weather?

If the activity is cancelled, the customer is always contacted, informed and given several alternatives.

Can I transfer the voucher to a third party?

No. The voucher is personal and not transferable.

Do I have to print the voucher?

No. You can display it on your smartphone.

Can I add more people to an existing reservation?

No. You should create a new reservation and contact us to let us know.

Cancellations will only be accepted 24 hours in advance with a refund of 80% and no refund if the cancellation is done in less than 24 hours before the start time or in case of No Show.
